These are the terms and conditions for using our online e-learning website, thinkacademy.sg (the “Site”) and the video material, audio material, text, images, graphics and other content available on the Site (collectively, the “Content”).
The Site is operated by Think Academy International Education Pte. Ltd. (company registration number 202013319K) (“Think Academy”).

We may amend these terms from time to time without advance notice. Every time you wish to use the Site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We may update and change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users’ needs and our business priorities.
We may suspend or withdraw the Site
We do not guarantee that the Site, or any Content, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
The Site is only for users in Singapore
The Site is directed to people residing in Singapore. We do not represent that the Content is appropriate for use or available in other locations.
If you register with the Site and establish an account, you must provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. How you may use the Site and its Content
We are the owner or the licensee of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in our Site and in the Content. All such rights are reserved.
You may only make non-commercial use of the Site and the Content.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
You may access the course videos available on the Site for your own personal use. In addition, you may download any course videos for which a downloading option is offered on the Site. Except as specifically permitted in the preceding sentence, you may not retransmit, publish, distribute, display or otherwise make available any of the course videos or other Content to others.
In no event may you modify the course videos or any other Content, including by adding any advertisement or other material or by interfering with the viewing of any Content. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged and you agree to retain all copyright and other notices on any Content you obtain from the Site.
Account holders will be able to participate in online courses and discussion forums and to submit or post comments, profiles and/or other content on the Site (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit or post.
Whenever you upload User Content to our Site, or make contact with other users of our Site, you must comply with the content standards in our Acceptable Use Policy. You warrant that any such contribution complies with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. We have the right to remove any posting you make on our Site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards.
We do not approve, verify or endorse any User Content, and you agree that we will have no responsibility or liability in connection with your use of any User Content. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values. Any User Content you upload to our Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting or submitting User Content to the Site, you grant us a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us the foregoing rights, and that neither your User Content nor our use of it as permitted under the foregoing licence will infringe anyone’s rights.
We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any User Content posted or uploaded by you to our Site constitutes an infringement of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not warrant that the Site will operate without error or interruption or that the Site or its server is free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act (Chapter 50A of Singapore). We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.

THE SITE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions, representations or guarantees of any kind (express, implied or otherwise) regarding the Site or the Content, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, sufficiency or quality of the Site or the Content, nor that any particular content will continue to be made available.
Limitation of liability and remedies
YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
