TASMO | Primary School Math Competition

What is TASMO? 

TASMO, Think Academy Singapore Math Olympiad, is a math competition organised by Think Academy Singapore to cultivate students' interest in math. Created by experienced Math Olympiad Question Designer and award-winning Math Olympiad coaches, TASMO will pique students' curiosity and deepen their love for mathematics through challenging non-routine math questions. 

Who can join? 2025 K1-P5 level (5-11 years old)

Date of Competition:

K1: 14 September 2025 (Sun)

• 3.30pm-6.00pm（1V1. The exact exam time is subject to the period you register.）

K2-P3: 13 September 2025 (Sat)

• Kindergarten 2 - 11.30am-12.30pm
• Primary 1 - 2.00pm-3.30pm
• Primary 2 - 9.00am - 10.30am
• Primary 3 - 4.30pm - 6.00pm

P4-P5: 14 September 2025 (Sun)

• Primary 4 - 10.00am-11.30am
• Primary 5 - 1.00pm-2.30pm

Deadline for Registration: 31 August 2025

Duration: 

• Preschool (K1) - 25min
• Preschool (K2) - 60min
• Primary 1-5 - 90min

Fees: $9/person. (Think Academy Long Term Course students will be able to participate for free using coupons in account)

Exam format:

• In-person (Singapore). Format of the paper can be found in the 2025 TASMO info pack.

Awards:

• • Platinum: Top 3% in each grade level
  • Gold: Next 5% of participants in each level
  • Silver: Next 12% of participants in each level
  • Bronze: Next 30% of participants in each level
