• 1. How to register and pay for the competition? 如何报名TASMO比赛
  Step 1: Choose the Exam Location Above 上方选择考试地点
  Step 2: After confirming the exam location, click "Sign Up" to register and fill in the required information. 确认考场后点击sign up报名并填写信息
  Step 3: Make payment 付费
  Step 4: Join our respective level WhatsApp or WeChat groups to keep updated with the latest news. 加入考试群以便获取最新考试信息。
• 2. How will the competition be conducted? 比赛如何进行？
  The competition will be conducted in person only. There will be no online mode for this competition.
  本次比赛为线下考试，不支持在线答卷。
• 3. How should I prepare for the competition? 如何准备TASMO比赛？
  We have prepared the "TASMO Yearbook" for everyone, which includes past years' real exam questions and answer keys. Students can use the sample questions to understand the difficulty level and enhance their learning.
  我们为大家准备了《TASMO年鉴》，书本包括历年真题和答案，学生可以通过样题了解考试的难度，进行学习。
• 4. Which level should I sign up for my child? 我应该为孩子报名哪个年级的比赛？
  Please register based on your current grade level. If you compete across two levels(current grade level and above), awards will be given based on your best performance, but only one scholarship will be issued.
  请根据孩子当前的年级进行报名。如果参加两个级别的比赛（本年级及更高），将根据最佳成绩评奖，但只发放一份奖学金。
• 5. Can I sign up my child for a lower level ? 我的孩子可以报名低一个年级的比赛吗？
  No. We require the student to bring along a photo IC for verification. In an event where individuals are found to be taking the competition at a lower level, participants will be disqualified immediately.

• 6. What language will the paper be conducted in? 试卷语言是什么？
  The paper will be in English only.
  全试卷为英文。
• 7. Can I ask the invigilator to translate if my child does not understand the English in the question? 如果我的孩子不理解英文，可以让监考老师翻译吗？
  No. Participants are not allowed to ask invigilator to translate or explain any of the questions.
  不可以，监考老师不会帮助任何同学翻译。
• 8. Can I refund if my child can't attend the competition after signing up? 报名后不能参加比赛怎么办？
  No. Once registered, there will be no refund without a valid reason. A valid Medical Certificate (MC) must be sent to the official if the participant is sick within 24 hours from the competition day. Refund will be process in the next 7 working days.
  注册后不支持退费。但如果是因生病不能参加比赛，请提供医院有效的假条证明，学而思核验后进行退费申请。
